Foxfire sighting in central Wisconsin

A few years back I witness a massive plume of yellow and green light that hovered over the wetlands of central Wisconsin. This light hovered towards me, then disappeared. After catching my breath and in a bewildered state of mind I began researching what I witnessed. Throughout the years I have mentioned this phenomena to many people that spend time in or around these wetlands, to my surprise many of these people know others or have heard about the haunted light displays within wetlands. This blog was created for those that would like to share their stories of the phenomena. What was thought to be a folklore is indeed real and I’d love to hear your stories. There are several things that I’m interested in that may help all of the bloggers shed some light on this subject, no pun intended.
